Coaching is a powerful tool for growth, self-awareness, and change — but it is not therapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. Por Fin Services LLC offers guidance, accountability, and support. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or offer legal or financial advice.If you are experiencing significant emotional distress or mental health challenges, seek help from a licensed therapist or mental health provider. If you are in crisis, please call 911 or contact a crisis support service in your area.2. ConfidentialityAll coaching conversations are treated as confidential to the fullest extent allowed by law. Por Fin Services LLC will not share your personal information without explicit, written permission, except in cases where disclosure is required by law — for example, if there is risk of harm to yourself or others or under court order.Please note that coaching sessions, invoicing, and emails are provided by third-party platforms like Zoom, Stripe, TidyCal, Zoho Mail, and others. While Por Fin Services LLC takes steps to protect your privacy, no online platform can be 100% secure.3. Client ResponsibilityCoaching is a collaborative process, but ultimately, you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Por Fin Services LLC coaches will show up prepared, present, and committed. We ask that you do the same.There are no guaranteed outcomes in coaching. The transformation you seek requires your openness, honesty, and willingness to do the work — even when it gets uncomfortable.4. Scheduling, Cancellations & ReschedulingCoaching sessions are held online via Zoom. When you book a session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link.You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email. Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged in full, with no refund or credit.If Por Fin Services LLC ever needs to cancel or reschedule, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer alternative times.5. Packages and Payments
All coaching sessions and packages must be paid in advance at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.Refunds are not offered for unused sessions after a package has begun. If you need to pause a package due to a significant life event, please reach out.6. Intellectual Property
All content created by Por Fin Services LLC — including session materials, worksheets, emails, and website content — is the intellectual property of Por Fin Services LLC. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.7. Limitation of Liability
By participating in coaching sessions, you agree that Por Fin Services LLC and its representatives shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or results from the use or misuse of coaching services or this website.You acknowledge that coaching is an investment in your own growth, and results depend on your participation, readiness, and follow-through.8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States. Any disputes will be handled through informal resolution first, with respect and good faith. If legal action is required, it will take place in West Virginia.9. Changes to These Terms
